Replacement & Refund Policy

7-day replacement
If your Dr Calm massager arrives damaged, defective, or does not turn on, we replace it free of charge — no courier fees, no service-centre visits, no forms.
- Raise the request within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp or email.
- Share a short video of the issue (this is all the "proof" we need).
- We arrange a reverse pickup from your address and dispatch the replacement — usually the same week.
1-year warranty
Beyond the first 7 days, manufacturing defects are covered by a 1-year warranty. Physical damage, water damage, and normal wear (e.g. fabric scuffs) are not covered.
Refunds
- If we cannot provide a replacement (e.g. out of stock, unserviceable pincode for reverse pickup), we issue a full refund.
- Prepaid refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
- COD refunds are made by UPI/bank transfer to the account you share, within 5–7 business days.
- If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund is automatic and full.
What isn't covered
Change of mind after use, and issues caused by drops, liquids, or third-party chargers. We are a small brand — the 7-day replacement is genuinely no-questions-asked for genuine issues, and we ask for the same fairness in return.
