Where we ship

We ship across India through Delhivery, covering 18,000+ pincodes including most tier 2/3 towns. If your pincode isn't serviceable, we'll tell you before your order is accepted.

Charges

Shipping is free on every order — prepaid and Cash on Delivery.

Timelines

• Dispatch: within 24 hours of order confirmation (Mon–Sat).
• Metros (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata): typically 3–4 days.
• Rest of India: typically 5–7 days.

These are estimates, not guarantees — weather, festivals, and courier load can add a day or two. You'll receive the tracking link by SMS/WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is picked up.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available at ₹1,899 (pay online and it's ₹1,799). COD orders are confirmed with a one-time password on your phone before dispatch. Please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery partner.

Wrong or incomplete address

If a parcel returns to us because the address was incomplete or the phone was unreachable, we'll contact you to reship. Repeated failed deliveries may require prepaid payment for reshipping.
