1. Who we are
drcalm.in ("Dr Calm", "we") sells the Dr Calm Bionic Massager directly to customers in India. By placing an order you accept these terms.
2. Orders & pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.
- Current pricing: ₹1,999 (Cash on Delivery) / ₹1,899 (prepaid).
- An order is confirmed when payment succeeds (prepaid) or when the order is placed at checkout (COD).
- We may cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unserviceable pincodes; prepaid amounts are refunded in full.
3. Delivery
Per our Shipping Policy — free shipping via Delhivery, typically 4–10 days.
4. Warranty, replacement & refunds
Per our Warranty Policy and Replacement & Refund Policy — a 6-month warranty for defective units (physical damage excluded; arrival damage needs a full unboxing video within 1 day of delivery).
5. Sensible-use disclaimer
The Dr Calm massager is a wellness and relaxation device, intended for comfort, unwinding and everyday muscle relief. If you are pregnant, use a pacemaker or implanted device, have a cervical spine condition or injury, or are under a doctor's care for your neck, please consult your doctor before use. Discontinue use if you feel discomfort.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
